Types of investment purchase The Property investments we undertake for our clients are for permanent living accommodation, holiday homes for personal use, holiday homes for rental income (or a combination of the two) or purchases purely for investment speculation.
Inspection Trips Subsidised inspection trips are available for both Cyprus & Bulgaria. Details of these are available on the individual development information for both countries.
Finance inc. Mortgages We can assist in arranging finance, should this be necessary, on all developments in all countries. Generally speaking we are in a strong position to arrange very favourable terms which obviously differ widely according to the individuals need.
Property Purchase Facilitators This is our function. We only ever represent the interests of the purchaser. We are not Estate Agents. We charge no fees of any kind to the purchaser/investor. As with every property sale (except a private sale) a fee is charged by the Selling Agent/Developer on the completion of the sale, paid by the seller. In our case part of that fee will be paid to ourselves by the Agent for "finding the buyer".
